Having practiced in the Chicago area for the past 8 1/2 years, Dr. Seilheimer enjoys "working with colleagues to improve the quality of life of patients and, correspondingly, their owners." An equal opportunity pet person, she shares her home with four rescued cats and a tripod shepherd mix dog named Penny. In fact, Dr. Seilheimer had Penny fitted with a prosthetic leg and has taught her to walk on it.

In addition to spending time with her animal companions, Dr. Seilheimer enjoys running, cycling, yoga, and, baking cupcakes.
